It was her first day, and she was late. She got out of her car, rushing inside, managing not to slip on the wet ground. Rain poured down, soaking her hair before she got inside. The elevator was crowded, so she went to their stairs, running up the first flight, then the second.
She went to a class, only to go in the wrong one. Her blue eyes widened slightly and she left after apologising, going to the next room, going inside. She saw the class, then the teacher. She waited, seeing he was teaching.
She moved her long black hair from her face, her red bag over her shoulder, which contained her laptop, and a few other objects. She looked to her phone, turning it off.
When he stopped, she slowly walked over. "Sorry I'm late, Mr. Devine. I had to drop my brother and sister off at school, they woke up late." she said, looking over his face, which she found quite stunning. She glanced around to see a few people staring at her. Uncomfortably she looked back to the man. "I'm Serenity." she smiled gently.
So, she was here to help him, and herself. She needed to know how to teach and such, which was why she volunteered to do this. She wanted to be a teacher, when she got into the college she wanted. She hadn't applied yet, and was already graduated from highschool at eighteen.

Not in a million years did Jasper Devine ever think he would be standing behind a desk, up in front of a group of barely awake teenagers, trying to teach them something they'd forget a few hours from. In fact, it was an image that seemed out of place in even his wildest dreams. He could barely talk to someone one-on-one; it was almost impossible to think he'd he able to single-handedly control an entire class of adolescents. But, Jasper was digging his own grave, at least, in a financial sense, by jumping around from job to job every other month. He needed something more permanent with decent pay, and teaching was the only thing available. It was out of desperation that he applied, and it must have been out of desperation that the school hired him, for it seemed crazy to put twenty-two year old Jasper Devine in front of a boat-load of kids and expect him to teach them all something. But, he got paid decently, and the hours worked well for him, so, he supposed he couldn't really complain. How hard could it be, anyway? It was photography, after all -- one of the few things Jasper understood backward and forward. It couldn't be that hard to pass along his knowledge to a bunch of teenagers... right?
So far things seemed to be going well, but they hadn't really gotten into doing anything productive yet. At this point, Jasper was trying to get everyone's name down. He didn't have that many classes to worry about, but still, his terrible memory combined with his short attention span made it hard to keep track of everything. So, Jasper figured he'd just keep things lax, at least for the first day, and make things easy for both himself and the class. It was a rainy, dull day, too, and since everyone was already half-asleep, there really wasn't much point in trying to force a ton of information down their throat. In order to keep things still somewhat on the topic of photography, Jasper had the group go around the room and say their name, their experience in photography, and their primary choice of camera, if any. Sure, it definitely wouldn't take up the entire forty-three minutes of class, but it was something to keep everyone occupied. Plus, it helped Jasper to get an idea of what he was going to be working with.
They got about halfway around the room when another young girl, fairly wet with the rain, stepped into the classroom, looking shy and timid as everyone's eyes shifted toward her. Jasper was just about to make a comment on something when she walked in, completely throwing off his concentration. What was she doing here, anyway? Maybe she was just another student, a freshman or something, who got really lost on her way to class. That didn't really seem plausible, though, considering she looked to be around his age. Maybe she was another teacher; there seemed to be plenty of them that Jasper hadn't had the chance to meet yet. Whatever the case, he gestured for her to come forward, leaning back on the whiteboard, his curious eyes following her movement.
Even with her damp clothes and somewhat wet hair, she was very pretty, with a petite, yet tall figure. He smiled as she explained her situation, giving a small shrug of his shoulders and an understanding nod, "It's cool... I didn't really have much planned for today, anyway." Jasper said cheerfully, though he still had no idea who she was. It would only make sense for her to be a student if she was apologizing for being late, and yet, when she introduced herself, her name really didn't ring any bells. Still, he played along, continuing to be polite and courteous toward her. "It's nice to meet you." Again, he smiled, his hazel eyes glancing from his desk to the young woman before him, pausing for a few seconds before he finally asked, "... is there anything you need, or...?" His voice trailed off slightly, a feeling of uncertainty washing over him. Well, this was going to get awkward really fast, wasn't it? So much for having a good first day.

She watched him speak, his lips, his eyes, everything about his facial features seemed perfect. She glanced down for a moment as he spoke, feeling awkward, and stupid. "I'm your aid. Didn't they tell you?" she managed to say, looking back to him, her eyes looking into his. She found him quite attractive. He didn't look stuck up, like most males seemed to be.
"So, um. Mind if I ask your name?" she asked with a shy smile. "Unless you want me to call you Mr. Devine." she added, her teeth biting onto her bottom lip lightly.
She ignored the girls at a table giggling, and the few whispers. She supposed the others didn't know anyone else in the class, and were too shy to try and talk to anyone else.
Wondering what he thought of her, she sighed softly. "You must thing I'm a freak. I am soaked, and I'm late, and you don't even know who I am. They were supposed to tell you, but I guess they forgot." she mumbled, her eyes moving away from his face, before she stated staring. That'd only creep him out more.

His kind expression faded into one of confusion as she spoke, his jaw dropping in surprise. That quickly, he went from semi-confident to completely dumb-founding, feeling foolish and ignorant beneath her sweet gaze. He shook his head vigorously, suddenly feeling anxious as his eyes glanced from the papers on his desk (that were already out of order and in disarray) to her angelic face, suddenly afraid to make eye contact with her. "N-No..." Jasper stuttered, "No one told me... anything." The only instructions the lady at the office gave him were to show up on time, look presentable, and teach something. It was kind of a vague, rushed meeting, so perhaps the fact that he was supposed to have an aid was simply forgotten in all the first day of school hype. If something as important as that was so easily left behind, though, it made Jasper wonder what other kinds of things the faculty had conveniently 'forgot' to tell him. He made a mental note to stop at the office during his free and find out what else was missing from the secretary's half-assed explanation, because apparently she left out a whole bunch of shit the first time around, and now Jasper was left standing there looking like some sort of idiot. Fantastic. Silently he cursed his stupidity, as well as the carelessness of the woman at the front desk, who was partially to blame for all this.
Well, now what was he supposed to do? There wasn't really any way to recover from such a moronic move. Even with an apology, he still looked like an ass. His expression went blank for a moment, blinking a few times as he tried to think of somewhere to pick up. Luckily, though, the brunette, Serenity, as she said her name was, spoke up, prompting a response from him. "Oh, um, right," He nodded, holding out his hand in order to give her a more formal greeting, "I'm sorry, my name's Jasper." Again, he tried to manage a smile, though he looked more apologetic and embarrassed than previously. His heart sank nervously in his chest as he hung his head, shame washing over his pale face, "Look, I'm really sorry, but I..." Again, Jasper let his voice trail off, unsure how to explain himself. A defeated and humiliated sigh rolled off of his lips as he shook his head, chewing lightly on his bottom lip before he finally spoke again, "God, I must look like a total douchebag right now." It probably wasn't smart to use such a foul term in front of everyone, especially on the first day of class, but Jasper wasn't all too worried about it. After all, it wasn't like he was standing in front of a group of children; they were all adults, and at this point have probably heard and said much worse.
Finally, Jasper worked up the courage to look up again, only this time his eyes were focused toward the class, silently instructing them to shut the hell up. His entire expression softened once again as he looked toward Serenity, feeling even worse than he had before about the situation. "Oh, God, no, I don't think that at all." Jasper said pleadingly, his voice earnest and sincere. He smiled warmly at her, hoping that maybe it would make her feel a little better. "I'm sorry, it's my fault -- I should've been more on top of things." He sighed, biting on his lip once more as his eyes scanned her drenched body. As if a light bulb suddenly went on in his head, Jasper got an idea, one that had the potential to sort of make up for his idiocy. "Oh, um... here." He muttered, slipping off his black jacket and holding it out to her, "It might... get you dry a little faster. A-And I don't want you to get sick." Another adorable, timid smile crept over his face, his shy, child-like eyes looking up at her from beneath his thick, dark eyelashes as he waited to hear her response.

"It's fine. The lady at the front desk is kind of a bitch. She hates me, she'll leave things out about me..." she said, then realized what she said, "Damn, please don't tell her I said that." she said, seeing the seat a foot behind her. She sat down, looking at him still, smiling, knowing how he felt. She felt the same way.
She smiled more as he said his name, and took his hand, gently shaking it. She heard him, surprised he used the word douchebag. She didn't mind, though she felt bad she was making him feel that way. "Oh. No. You aren't..." she said, "I'm...sorry if I made you feel that way." she nodded, only to hear the class get louder. She didn't care.
She watched him, nodding. "Well, alot of people think I'm a freak, cause of all the shit I did in highschool.." she muttered, only to see him now offer his jacket. "Oh, no. I'm fine..." she insisted, smiling back at him. She saw his smile earlier, she found it quite charming, and cute.

Jasper couldn't help but laugh a little at her words, nodding slightly in agreement. He only had the misfortune of speaking to the secretary at the front desk once, but she did seem kind of impatient and stodgy. "Yeah... I don't think she likes me much, either." Jasper concurred, smiling in amusement as Serenity sat down. Her lighthearted attitude made him feel a little better about the situation, finding her sense of humor quite adorable. Honestly, everything about her was extremely cute. Was that weird to think? He just met her, and all the sudden he was infatuated by her very appearance. Insecurity washed over him in waves, his suddenly nervous eyes flickering down to the ground, then back up toward his new aid. No -- it wasn't strange. It was just a compliment. A person could think someone was without having to be madly, head over heels in love with them. Even Jasper himself thought that was a very lame justification, but at least it was something. He shook his head, his thick, yet soft brown hair bobbing side-to-side with the movement. All over-analytical thoughts aside, maybe it would be fun to work with Serenity. She seemed nice enough, and was awfully easy on the eyes. Plus, Jasper was going to need all the help he could get with this teaching thing, since he was probably the most under qualified person for the job in all of Phoenix. So, who knows; maybe something good would come out of all of this.
His eyes lifted again to look at her, taking comfort in her soft voice. "No... it's not your fault." Jasper responded quietly, once again glancing behind her toward the noisy class. Apparently, looks are not useful weapons against talkative teenagers, because his 'shut the fuck up' glare wasn't having any kind of effect. Whatever. It wasn't like Jasper had any actual work planned for the day. Again, his gaze flickering back to Serenity, her next statement peaking his interest. Apparently, she wasn't as innocent as she looked, which made him wonder what kind of stuff she could have possibly gotten into in her years of adolescence. "Oh really?" Jasper muttered, a somewhat crooked yet inquisitive smirk crossing his lips, "I find that hard to believe." He raised his eyebrows curiously, suddenly finding himself interested in knowing more about her. It was official: this was definitely going to be quite a... delightful year.
A bit of dejection struck his hazel eyes as she rejected his offer, pulling his jacket a little closer toward his chest. "You sure?" Jasper asked again, shrugging his shoulders, "I don't need it, and I'll feel really bad if you end up catching a cold or something." His amused expression fell into one of complete seriousness as his gaze locked on her for the first time. If there was one thing that Jasper didn't like to play around with, it was getting sick. Whether it was just a simple cold or a full-blown virus, he couldn't stand being ill. So, it was no wonder he was going to try to keep the people around him as healthy as possible. That way, he wouldn't have to worry about any nasty bacteria coming his way. It was probably extremely illogical to doctors around the world, for Jasper, this was a fool-proof plan. And while a thin jacket probably wouldn't do much against Serenity's already chilled body, it might at least do something to keep her a little warmer, which would in turn keep away any of those hampering cold symptoms.

"Yeah." she smiled slightly then looked back into his eyes, which showed nervousness. She immediately looked away, trying to think of something to say. The silence was awkward, and being awkward was something she didn't like much.
"Haha, I might look like a goody two-shoes, but believe me, I'm not." she said, looking a him once more, then to the class for a moment. She saw a boy stare at her then looked back to Jasper as he spoke again.
"It's fine. I don't get sick easily." she insisted once more, what he offered was sweet, she thought. Though she really didn't want to take his jacket from him, she was freezing. "I'll be dry in twenty minutes or so." she added.
"So is there anything you'd like me to do?" she asked, her blue eyes gazing back into his. It was hard to look away from him. He was unique, masculine, and sweet. What more could a girl want? It didn't matter. He is probably married, or something anyways. As she continued to think, she found herself staring at him, trying to figure him out. She looked away, giggling softly. "Sorry."

Again, Jasper raised his eyebrows, still a bit unconvinced that the delightful, young Serenity wasn't always so serene. She looked so cute and innocent, to the point where he wanted to put her in his pocket and take her home or something. So, Jasper had a little bit of a hard time believing that she wasn't the sweet, immaculate woman she appeared to be. Not that he was complaining or anything, of course. On the contrary, he was kind of intrigued by her claim. It made him interested in finding out what she was like outside of the working environment. A small, amused laugh rolled off his lips as he gave a slight nod in her direction, a few strands of hair falling over his hazel eyes. "Good to know," Jasper said with a smirk, flicking his head back in order to push those loose pieces of hair out of his view.
His eyes glanced up for a split-second toward the clock, just trying to get an idea of how much time they had killed by standing there talking. Hopefully it took up most of the class, since Jasper really didn't want to just sit there like an idiot while waiting for the bell to ring. Plus, it would be nice to get the chance to talk to Serenity again after class in more of a private setting, even if it was just for a few minutes before Jasper had to run off to pick up his daughter. Maybe they could run through lesson plans, or teaching techniques, or... something. Honestly, he'd probably be happy to talk about anything, just as long as he got to spend a little more time with her.
Before he could begin to beat himself up for such a silly thought, Serenity shot him down once more, bringing a slight frown across his face. He shrugged in defeat, sighing quietly as he rested the jacket along the arm of his chair, "Okay, well... if you change your mind, it's here." Jasper said kindly, shoving his bare hands into the pockets of his tight, black jeans. A silence fell over him as he bit down gently on his bottom lip, letting his eyes wander before they finally fell back onto Serenity. Well... now what?
If there was one thing that made Jasper uncomfortable, it was silence. Luckily, though, it didn't last long, for Serenity broke it by asking him a question. Fantastic. He could actually give a somewhat coherent response to those. There was a slight hesitation before Jasper finally replied, his voice a little shaky and contrite, "Nothing that I can think of, really." He sighed quietly before continuing, "I'm sorry... I would've planned something more productive to do today, but I didn't know you were going to be helping out." Jasper turned his attention down to the papers on his desk, shuffling them around until he could see his very unorganized lesson plans for the rest of the week. Well, it seemed like they were all in vain, since now he was going to have to edit all of them to fit something for Serenity to do. He sighed faintly, letting his tense posture relax a little more. Oh well. They were all probably going to have to be rewritten, anyway, since most of them were barely legible by anyone but Jasper himself.
He lifted his head in order to meet her soft gaze, a little confused by her apology. His head tilted slightly in confusion, managing a faint yet pleasant smile as he spoke, "... but you don't have anything to apologize for."

"Sorry. I'll stop talking about myself." Serenity laughed lightly, her cheeks going light pink, embarassed. Her eyes looked back to him, as he spoke again. She felt bad, thinking if she didn't take it, it'd be rude, and if she took it, it'd also be rude. So she asked, "Will it make you feel better if I wear it?" she asked, looking at him still.
She heard his shakey voice and giggled softly. "Do you want me to help you with any lesson plans, for next classes?" she asked, watching him still. She watched a kid walk up, and interupt them, asking how to make the camera take a picture. Smiling again, Serenity showed him the button, he thanked her and left. "I remember when that was me. I felt so stupid then, well I was stupid then, to think of it." she muttered, watching the other kids for a moment.
"So....Jasper. What would you like to talk about?"

Jasper gave a small, nonchalant shrug of his shoulders, "No, I don't mind." He said with a smile as he pulled his hands out of his pockets and reached up to fix his hair. His eyes scanned the rest of the room, watching the kids talk to one another and mess carelessly with the expensive cameras in their hands. It was obvious that they had a long year ahead of them, considering the fact that there were only about two girls that looked like they had any idea of what they were doing. Great. At least he would have some help, though. Jasper would probably have some sort of mental breakdown within the first week of school if he had to go at this alone.
His delicate hands slid down toward the desk once more, shifting through the mess of papers in search of his scattered lesson plans. It probably would be smart to keep everything in a binder or something, or at least in separate places for easy access. But, Jasper was sure that the minute he got everything sorted out, everything would look like a bomb hit it within the next hour, so he didn't bother. Strangely enough, considering how picky he was (sometimes he swore he was mildly obsessive-compulsive), organization just wasn't one of his things. He gave his attention back to Serenity just after he pulled out two of the five papers he needed, "It's up to you," Jasper replied, "I don't want to force you to wear it or anything if you don't think you need it." He gave another shrug of his shoulders, leaving the decision open-ended, before continuing his hunt for his very disheveled lesson plans.
It took a few minutes before Jasper finally came across them, making a small a-ha noise under his breath as he pulled out the missing three papers. His triumphant eyes returned to Serenity, his smile full of pride toward his small accomplishment. "Sure, if you'd like." He responded cheerfully, "I have some written up already, but I didn't go through and edit them yet or anything, so they're kind of... jumbled. I-I don't even know if any of them make sense at this point, honestly." His eyes shifted downward toward the desk again, a little embarrassed by his disorderly manner. Maybe he should make an effort to keep himself a little neater, if not for his own sake, but Serenity's, since it might get awfully hard for her to help if neither of them knew where anything was.
Jasper looked back up again as he noticed a student approach his desk, watching in awe and maybe even slight jealousy toward how well his new aid handled the situation. He smiled in admiration as the teenager walked away, "We should switch places. You'd probably be better at this teaching thing than me." He joked with a small laugh, twirling a strand of his brown hair around in his fingers femininely. However, such humor dissipated quickly as Serenity continued to speak. He shook his head earnestly in disagreement, "I'm sure you weren't ever stupid." Jasper said sincerely, a heartfelt smile curving his soft lips upward.
He looked down again, suddenly feeling uncertain as to whether or not that was the right thing to say. A sense of worry began to sink into his skin, but it didn't stay there for long, for Serenity's entrancing voice broke his concentration. "Well..." Jasper began, deciding to use such a question to find out more about her, "How long have you been into photography?" His big, child-like eyes stilled on her, curiously tilting his head to the side as he waited for her answer.

Her eyes left the boy, then went back to Jasper. She watched him try to find papers, smiling some. She was always organised, but seeing things un-organised didn't bother her. "Well if you'd like, I'll help you organise them." she said, biting her lip gently.
"Haha. I'm in training to be a teacher." she said, "I go to college next year, since this year already started, I want to be there, from the beginning." she said, looking away for a moment, seeing the bell had rang. She watched the students leave, then looked back to the male infront of her. "I was really stupid around sixteen." she shrugged, looking down, thinking to herself.
"Um....about two, three months ago." she said, her gaze falling back to the teacher. "So I'm not that good. What about you, how long have you been in photography?"

Jasper hesitated for a moment, debating on whether or not it was even worth it. Sure, it might be nice to have things a little more orderly, but it was almost guaranteed that it would all turn into the monstrosity of cluttered papers within the next week. So, why bother going through the trouble? Still, though, Jasper didn't want to be rude and tell her no; plus, he didn't want to just leave her sitting there with nothing to do. So, he gave a small nod and a cute smile, "I-If it's not too much trouble." He sat down beside her, his eyes clouding with shame as he shook his head, "Sorry... I'm kind of a huge mess today."
His eyes jumped from Serenity to the pile of papers before them, trying to listen to her and get something done at the same time. He stopped, leaning back as he looked at her apologetically, ruffling his hair nervously as he spoke, "Well, I guess I better apologize in advance, then, since I'm sure I'm not the best teacher to be paired with." He chewed nervously on his bottom lip, feeling bad that she was stuck with him. Sure, Jasper was more than happy that he had some help, but he felt bad that he really couldn't return the favor. He didn't have any techniques or secrets to teaching to divulge to her, like some of the other, more experienced teachers at Arcadia High might have. In fact, he was just learning how to do all this himself. "I've never really... done... anything like this before. Actually, this is kind of a last resort for me." It was clear to anyone that Jasper was far from being cut out for a job teaching kids. But, it paid decently, and had hours that fit for his and his daughter's schedule. Plus, as sad as it sounded, his Aunt had to pull all the strings she could to convince the principal to hire him, so, it was kind of hard to say no.
Jasper couldn't help but laugh as she brought up being sixteen. Not so much at her, though, but more so at himself. He, too, did quite a lot of stupid things when he was sixteen, though one thing stuck out in particular. A frown crossed his face as he shook his head again, "That make two of us, then." Jasper barely looked up at her as he spoke, and for once, his mumbled tone sounded fairly grave. His lips remained a thin, serious line over his pale face as he sorted through everything on his desk, hoping to at least get everything into a neat pile. It was only the first day, and already he was bombarded with memos and notes to follow. Great. More shit to memorize. He sighed quietly, already starting to feel a little stressed out. Already Jasper was convinced that he wasn't going to be able to handle any of this. Serenity might be able to give a little relief, but in the end, he was just going to get fed up and crack -- just like every other job he had.
His mind went in and out, weighing the pros and cons, arguing both sides of the situation as if there was an angel and a devil bickering on his shoulder. Jasper was so preoccupied with his own thoughts that he couldn't concentrate on what he was saying, resulting in him blurting out whatever he happened to be feeling. "Um... I guess it first became a hobby of mine in high school, and it was my minor in college." He paused, "Honestly, though, I never thought I'd be making -- or, trying to make, I guess -- a living out of it. I'd always hoped I'd get involved in music, but it didn't work out." A sigh rolled off his lips as his shoulders rose and fell softly, "So... here I am."
Jasper looked up for the first time since he started talking, his cheeks flushing red after he realized how much he had said, and how horribly it came out. She probably thought he was just some whining brat after that whole rant. "...s-sorry," He stammered after a short hesitation, "I didn't mean to... talk so much. Or sound so negative." His lips wavered into a small, remorseful smile as he rested his hands in his lap, doing his best to fight off the anxiety that was growing in his chest.

Biting her lip, she watched him, "It's not a problem at all. I'm here to help you". She frowned some, at what he had said next. "You're gonna be a good teacher. Just calm down." she said, getting up. She figured he was stressed. She walked over, behind him, her hands going to his shoulders, starting to rub gently. "I have my friend do this when I'm stressing. It's soothing to a point." she said, looking at him.
"It's fine. I'm quiet negative at times, we all need to be negative some times." she laughed lightly. "Kinda cool you went to college for photography." she said. "I thought of it, but.... I just don't know." she said, continuing to massage his shoulders. Just feeling the outside of his clothes was making her heart race, and throb.

Jasper smiled a little more, feeling a bit more at ease by her comforting words. “Thanks… I-I hope so.” He buried his face in his palms and leaned his elbows forward on the desk, sighing heavily as he continued,“It just… it just seems like, when everything’s going really well, I start… really… thinking about things, and then I start getting really… on… edge… a-and nervous… a-and…” His voice slowly trailed off into silence as her soft, tender hands rested on his shoulders, feeling tense beneath her heavenly touch. He leaned back and gripped the arms of the seat as she began, his uneasy eyes jumping from the empty room before him up to Serenity’s perfect face. Was something like this… allowed? Was it okay to accept a massage from a co-worker? Correction: A co-worker you just met barely an hour ago? Jasper wasn’t sure, and such uncertainty was making him feel a little alarmed. But, at the same time, God, did it feel good – amazing, even. It was wrong, though; teachers weren’t supposed to let their aids give them a rub down when they were feeling out of sorts. It just didn’t happen. And yet, as much as Jasper felt like he should, he didn’t move.
He nodded absent-mindedly, so overwhelmed by her actions that he could barely concentrate on the conversation. “Yeah… it was an… interesting experience.” He mumbled as he exhaled, feeling his uptight body slowly began to melt beneath the sensuous movements of her hands. His heart rate had sky-rocketed by now, and though he was slipping into a more relaxed state of mind, it continued to race. His conscience kept screaming how wrong this was, how he should just get up and tell her flat out they couldn’t be doing stuff like this, especially in school. But, at this point, Jasper wasn’t sure he could move. He felt glued to his seat, taking in all the pleasurable sensations that crossed by as Serenity lightly kneaded his shoulders. His breathing was deep and quick, his eyes fluttering to a close as he fought to keep his mind clean and his lips free from any rash noises. God, he felt so… dirty. He didn’t even know her last name, or how old she was. But, it would be okay; after all, it was just one, little massage. It wasn’t like they were going to let things get any farther… right?
“I-It’s… it’s a tough decision.” Jasper said quietly as he opened his eyes, hoping that speaking to her would help keep him focused and on track. “Maybe you should get into massage therapy.” He joked, “Because this… feels… a-amazing.” A small laugh rolled off of his lips after he spoke, leaning back a little further in his chair in order to get a better look at the young woman behind him, trying to gauge by her facial expressions how exactly she felt about doing something like this.

Serenity continued to rub his shoulders as he spoke, smiling softly. She was really falling for him, his voice was dreamy, and he looked dreamy. She knew it was only a crush though, something she needed to get over too.
She ignored her throbbing chest and looked at him still. "Yeah. I get nervous as I think about things." she said, "Like college, really nervous about that." she sighed. His voice trailed off and she smiled, knowing he was somewhat enjoying the massage.
She laughed softly, "How interesting?" she asked. Stopping after he brought up massage therapy and laughed softly, going back to sit in her seat. "Well, I'm glad you enjoyed it." she said, "And... my dad wants me to have a 'real' job." she sighed, "He never approves of anything I want to do. Kinda sucks. And if I really don't get a good job, it could end our relationship. If he doesn't get what he wants, he simply will ignore me." she said. "Though being a drunk 'rockstar' isn't really a job in my eyes. Though my step-mom wouldn't agree with me."
