Her most hated class was first period. It seemed the school hated her! Walking into the room, she glanced around, going to a seat in the back. She'd surely fail this class again. So why try?
Moving her long brown hair from her dark brown eyes, she let a soft sigh out, seeing a gothic girl sit by her. She never got the point of dressing in dark colors, and wearing her eyeliner thick, and scary like. Never got the point to hate random people. "Hi.." she said shyly. "I'm Vani-" she was cut out as the girl glared, saying she didn't give a fuck. She glared, getting up, moving a few seats away. People had issues.
She glanced around, there were a few cute guys, though she usually didn't go for blondes, she glanced up to see one. She half-hoped he'd sit near her, and half-hoped he'd stay away. Her eyes dropped to her desk as the teacher set a paper on her desk, as well as the others. She ignored it, shoving it into her bag.

Adam panted and raced throught the halls of the school. He heard a few teachers yell after him to slow down, but he didn't care, he needed to get to class this time around. It was ironic though, his first class was Algebra, and everyone knew how much Adam hated math. Most of it was due to his straight A's as a boy and it being so easy for him to solve quadratic equations in an instant. So the class frankly just bored him.
He made it into the room on time. He was handed a paper that read about the course requirements, and was told to take a seat. He sighed at the paper as he reached behind him and then closed his eyes in desperation. He left his backpack on the table this morning.
He let out a sigh as he cussed under his breath. Looking up for a place to sit he saw a brown haired girl looking up at him, but the gaze was soon broke as the teacher laid the same paper he held in his hands on her desk. He walked to the desk next to her, folding up his paper, and stuffing it in his pocket as he did so. He gave her a smile that read 'Hey hope you dont mind if I sit here but I am anyways' kind of smile, and took his seat.

Vanity watched him walk over and sit, looking away nervously. She managed to have a normal girl sit behind her. She turned in her seat, and they spoke some.
The teacher snapped at them and she turned back around, only to catch Adam's eyes again. She looked at him fully now, smiling. "I'm Vanity." she said, putting her hand out slighly, trying to be nice. He was stuck by the goth girl, that sucked.
She growled as the teacher snapped at her again and moved her head to her desk, embarassed.

Adam chuckled at her embarrassment slightly as he looked forward as well. It was when they got their assignment and the rest of class to themselves that Adam turned around to talk to Vanity. He smiled kindly at her as he stuck his hand out to try and return her gesture that she gave him earlier in class.
"I'm Adam" His voice was warm and soothing as he spoke, which was the complete opposite of how he was on the inside.

Vanity took his hand, shaking it slightly. She bit her lip, looking at him. "It's nice... to meet you." she whispered. She let go of his hand, and looked down, away from the male's face. "I hate this class." she sighed, not even having one problem down, she didn't bother trying yet.
Her eyes wandered to the goth who was done, and now finding pleasure in glaring at her and Adam. "What...grade are you in?" she asked Adam, still not looking at him. She glanced at her black heels, which made her short figure barely taller. Her hand went through her hair, still nervous. She wasn't sure what to say to the junior. Why'd she ask him, she already knew. She saw him around last year, and her friend spoke about him alot.

Adam smiled, though kinda offended when she looked away from him. He must of forgotten to shave as well. He listened to her talk as he reached up and checked to see if he had truely forgotten. The result came back negative as his skin felt smooth across his hand. He chuckled lightly in his head
"I'm a Junior" He said as he looked over at her paper, which had nothing but her name written up at the top. He sighed as he looked at his own paper, it being filled with all the answers and work. He hated being so smart, he wanted to be average for once. He turned back around to look at her again, her face still lowered. "Need any help?" he gestured towards the paper.

She glanced up at he spoke and laughed softly. "I'm a sophomore." she replied. Then glanced to her paper, "Uhh. No thanks, I don't wanna cause your trouble. I'm just not going to do it..." she said, her eyes looking over his facial features, and his hair. She couldn't help but be attracted to him.
"Your gauges are cool." she said, refering to his ears. "My mom wont let me get piercings. Though I may go do it anyways this weekend." she muttered. "I like... your hair too." she said nervously. She seemed to be nervous around new people, expecially cute males.

Adam smiled at her flirty banter. "Well thanks" He gave her a smile. "I love my gauges. I don't know where I'd be if I lost them" He chuckled gently at his joke. He looked her over. She was a cute girl. She had very pretty eyes and a lovely smile. That's what made him attracted to her really was the eyes. "You have lovely eyes" he finally spoke up as he smiled, trying to return her kindly gesture.
"And you're not troubling me at all with the work." He scooted his desk closer to hers. "I'd be more than happy to help!" He grinned that friendly grin of his as he waited for her approval.

She shyly smiled back, embarassed. "Thanks." she said, her eyes looking into his. "Yours are gorgeous too.." she added, looking down at the paper. "Are you sure?" she asked. "Math...is my weakness. I hate it.." she laughed softly, watching his grin show up. She hated math, yeah, but this guy way making everything that much better.

Adam grinned gently at her comment. "Math isn't my weakness, but I do hate it" Adam chuckled out softly as he made her face the paper. "Now see the key is to divide by two, then subtract the number, A, from the value you get before" He sighed after realizing all the Math gibberish that just fell out of his mouth. He waited to see if she would be able to catch all that, kinda hoping she would.

She nodded slightly, trying it out. "That's all?" she asked, looking up at him, into his eyes. Why was he so cute? She let out a sigh, the bell had rang. "What...do you have next?" she asked, hoping she'd at least have one more class with him.

"Science" He shot out quickly as he got up, stuffing his papers in his back pocket. "What about you?" He kinda hoped she would be with him in the next class, but on the toher hand he felt her drawing too close to him, something that he was afraid of. He sighed gently as he waited for her answer, making sure he didnt hear her sigh of desperation.
